I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from painful life experiences and reconnect with their sense of peace and purpose. For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals who are ready to let go of the weight they’ve been carrying and move toward healing with compassion and courage.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, providing a space that honors your culture and your voice. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself and begin to rediscover your strength, peace, and hope.
